Where is billing managed?
All subscriptions are managed through your Staz Media, LLC account at stazmediacorp.com. We use Stripe for secure payment processing.
What counts as one prediction?
A single call to POST /predict counts as one prediction regardless of the number of agents that ran internally. Batch requests count one prediction per event in the batch.
Does the Free tier have rate limits?
Yes — the Free tier is limited to 50 predictions per month and does not include batch or walk-forward endpoints.
Can I bring my own data?
Yes. Every prediction endpoint accepts an optional bars array of OHLCV data. If omitted, the engine automatically fetches data from Polygon, Alpaca, or Yahoo Finance based on your configured API keys.
What is the patent reference?
The AGILERA engine is covered under US Provisional Patent Application 63/889,131.
Is there an uptime SLA?
Enterprise plans include a contractual SLA. Pro and Free plans run on best-effort availability.
